Is it just me, or is a meat dish about the easiest thing in the world to cook in a cookstove?? Seriously we haven't had any that have been less than a 7 out of 10, in the 16 months we have been using this. Best one yet: pour 2-4 tbsp olive oil in pan(preferably cast iron or enamel) take roast of your preference, season to taste with whatever sounds goodat the moment.. roll seasoned meat in oil till coated.. throw in potatos, carrots, onions, or ANYTHING that you feel like... toss in oven for 45 minutes on up (till done to your taste) There really has been no dish that hasn't been just awesome..
